Why a no deposit bonus gets voided: seven clauses, in the order found

A voided bonus is a bonus the terms allowed the casino to remove, and the terms were accepted at registration. That is cold comfort and it is also the map: seven clauses account for nearly every confiscation readers report, and each is found in a fixed place, the bet history, the game history, the account records or the documents. One. A bet above the max bet while the bonus was active. The software accepted it, the history recorded it, and the cashier found it; one is enough, and the clause voids the bonus and all winnings from it. It cannot be argued if the history shows the bet, and it can be if it does not, so ask for the bet's timestamp and stake in writing. Two. A game on the excluded list played with bonus funds, where the terms name void on play as the penalty; the game history shows it. Three. A bonus buy used with bonus funds, which nearly every brand's terms forbid. All three are found by reading the history against the terms at withdrawal, which is why the game rules page says to set the stake and choose the game before the first spin and then leave both alone.

What to ask for

The clause number, the bet or the game it refers to, and its time. A casino that voided correctly can supply all three in a sentence; one that cannot has voided on a reading.

Found in the account records: duplicates and households

Four. A second account for the same person, or an account matching an existing one by address, device, connection or payment method, under the one-per-household clause. It is found at registration by fingerprint and address matching and, decisively, at verification, when the passport is compared with every account the brand holds. Both accounts are closed and both balances voided. The clause cannot be argued where the person is the same, and it can be where the match is a false one, a shared connection, a household member with their own documents; the argument is made in writing with the documents, and some brands accept it. The old account

A forgotten account from years ago is the duplicate's commonest form. Recover it through support before registering; a new one beside it is the breach.

Found in the documents: country and name

Five. A restricted country. The form accepted the registration, the bonus was credited, and the passport at verification shows a country on the brand's closed list; the balance is voided under the restricted-territories clause and the account closed. It is found only at verification, which is why a VPN gets a player furthest and loses most, and it cannot be argued, because the list is the list; the bonus card prints the markets each brand closes and the country pages list the brands open to each. Six. A name that does not match the documents, or an age under the limit, or an address that cannot be evidenced. A mismatch by a letter is a rejection to be fixed with a new upload; a mismatch by a person is a voided balance under the same clause as the duplicate. What the passport decides

Country, name, age, and whether this person already has an account. Four clauses in one document, read once, at the moment the balance is requested.

Found on the clock and in the pattern: expiry and abuse

Seven, in two forms. The expiry: spins not activated within the window, or wagering not finished within its window, and the balance is removed at the deadline; it is found on the clock and it cannot be argued. And bonus abuse, the clause that covers patterns: claiming through linked accounts, betting in ways that hedge the wagering, chasing the same offer across sister brands, and whatever else the casino's risk team reads as exploiting the offer. It is the vaguest clause and the one most worth arguing in writing, because it rests on an interpretation and not on a bet, a document or a date; ask what pattern is alleged and which bets show it. Can a casino void the winnings and keep a deposit

Bonus winnings, yes, under the bonus terms.
