Privacy policy
Privacy policy: what Casinosss stores, and what it never asks for
No accounts, no forms, no newsletter. The site keeps what any web server keeps, plus a visit counter where one is installed, and the partner links tell the casino you came from here.
This policy is written in plain words because the site does very little with data and the honest description is short. It applies to every page on casinosss.com. The publisher of the site is the editorial team named on the editorial team page, reachable at smartseokings@gmail.com.
Two things
What the site stores
| Server logs | The web server records each request: IP address, page requested, time, browser string and the address of the page you came from. The log is used to keep the site running and to block abusive traffic. It is not sold, not shared and not joined with any other data. Logs rotate and old lines are overwritten. |
|---|---|
| Visit counter | No third-party counter is installed on the pages at the moment. If one is added, this row will say which one, what it records and where the data goes. |
| Email you send | A message to the editorial address stays in that mailbox with whatever you put in it. We do not add it to a list and we do not reply from any other address. |
That is the full inventory. There are no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter, no chat widget and no contact form. The only way to hand the site personal data is to email it, and we ask you not to send passwords, card numbers or document scans; if they arrive, they are deleted.
What is set in your browser
Cookies and local storage
The site itself sets no cookie for reading. Where a page offers a choice of colour theme, that choice is kept in the browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The visit counter, where installed, sets its own cookies, described in the row above.
A casino you open through a link on this site sets its own cookies on its own domain, including a cookie that records the partner identifier so the registration is attributed to us. That cookie belongs to the casino, lives under the casino's policy, and we cannot read it.
Blocking cookies in the browser does not break any page here; every page reads the same with cookies off.
Referrer and attribution
What the partner links pass on
The buttons on the reviews, the bonus cards and the lists open the casino through a partner link. Two things travel with the click. The link itself carries an identifier that tells the casino the visit came from this site, which is how we earn a commission if you register. And your browser sends the address of the page you left as the referrer, as it does for any link on the web.
From that moment you are on the casino's site, under the casino's privacy policy. We do not receive your name, your email, your deposits or your play. What we receive from a partner programme is a count of registrations and the commission, without personal data. The cooperation page explains what the partnership changes on our side.
Brands without a deal
A link on a page about a brand without a partner deal opens Vavada instead; the review says so in one sentence. The same referrer and identifier rules apply to that link.
Requests
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what the site holds about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to the visit counter by blocking it in your browser. Write to smartseokings@gmail.com and name what you want. Because the site holds no accounts, the answer is usually that we hold an email from you and nothing else.
Changes to this policy appear on this page, with the date at the bottom moved to the day of the change. If a counter, a form or any new way of collecting data is ever added, the table above changes first.
Quick answers
Does the site know who I am when I read a review
No. There are no accounts and no login. The server sees the IP address, the page requested, the browser string and the time, as any web server does, and writes them to a log that is used for keeping the site up and for spotting abuse. Nothing on the page asks your name, and there is no form to give it in.
What does a casino learn when I click a partner link
That the visit came from this site. The link carries a partner identifier so the casino can attribute a registration to us, and the browser sends the address of the page you left as the referrer. What the casino does with your data after that is governed by its own privacy policy, which is linked from its footer; we do not see what you do on its site.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted
Yes, by email. Because the site holds no accounts, the only data that could be tied to you is an email you sent us and the server log line for your visits. We delete the emails on request and the logs rotate on their own; write to the address on the contact page and name what you want removed.
