Withdrawing casino winnings to a Polish bank account

Total Casino pays withdrawals in PLN to the personal Polish bank account registered to your player account. You can submit an instruction from an active account; its published transfer window is up to seven working days, counted from the following day. Bank verification can hold the payout, and the transfer window does not promise when your bank will credit the money.

The useful starting point is the destination. A successful deposit, including a BLIK deposit, does not by itself establish how winnings leave the casino. Total's procedure gives a specific example of the account, identity and timing conditions to resolve before requesting a bank payout.

Which Polish bank account can receive the withdrawal?

Total defines the destination as your personal payment account, assigned to your player account, in Polish zloty. It must be held with a bank in Poland or a cooperative savings and credit institution. Accounts used for business activity are excluded.

Your account and your name

The account belongs to you, and the holder's personal details must match the current details on your Total account. A relative's account does not satisfy that ownership condition, even if the relative agrees to receive the money. Paying in successfully does not remove the matching-name requirement at withdrawal.

A Polish institution and PLN

Account location and currency are separate conditions. A PLN balance at a foreign institution does not automatically satisfy the Polish-bank requirement; a euro account at a Polish bank does not satisfy the PLN requirement. The published withdrawal is in PLN. It gives no EUR payout or conversion option to substitute for that destination.

Correct details registered with Total

The destination must be assigned to the player account. Total puts responsibility for registering the right account and updating it after a change on the player. If you have changed banks, check the saved destination before issuing the instruction. Having a new account in your banking app does not update the casino's record.

A business account can be Polish, denominated in PLN and in your name while still failing the personal-account definition. Check all of the conditions together. These are Total's published destination requirements; another casino needs its own outgoing-payment rules.

Request the payout, then follow the stage it reaches

An active Total player account can instruct a withdrawal of funds held in its e-wallet at any time. The account status matters: the ability to open the site or view a balance does not establish that the account has the required active status.

  1. Check the registered destination. Compare the account holder's details, bank account and PLN denomination with the details held by Total. Resolve changed or incorrect details before requesting payment.

  2. Submit the withdrawal instruction from the active player account. Use the withdrawal function for the funds in the e-wallet. A deposit confirmation is a record of money coming in; it is separate from this outgoing instruction.

  3. Complete any authentication Total presents. The rules allow an additional two-factor check for withdrawal instructions. Follow the authentication method actually presented for your request.

  4. Keep the request record. Note when the instruction was submitted, any reference supplied, the amount and the destination. Keep later messages with it so you can distinguish a pending request from a transfer Total says it has sent.

Submitting an instruction, completing an authentication check and receiving money are different events. Keep track of the event the casino reports rather than assuming that one confirmation completes the whole payment.

If Total asks to verify the bank account

Total may contact you for additional information to verify that the withdrawal account meets its requirements. Its examples include bank statements covering a specified period. It reserves the right to hold the payout until that bank-account verification finishes.

Respond to the actual request and the period or information it names. A request for a statement is a separate bank-account check; it does not establish that every withdrawal requires the same documents. Keep the request and your response together when following up on the payout.

How the seven-working-day window is counted

Total's published rule concerns making the transfer. It sets a maximum window of seven working days, counted from the day after Total receives the withdrawal instruction. Its definition of a working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

Read the withdrawal clock in the right order
  1. Instruction receivedKeep the request record and registered personal PLN destination.
  2. Count from the following dayUp to seven working days for the operator transfer; verification can hold the payout.
  3. Bank receives the transferA sent-transfer status and visible bank credit are separate events.

Working days exclude weekends and Polish public holidays. The operator window is not a fixed bank-arrival date.

Instruction received

This is the event used by the published timing rule. The count begins from the following day. The time you click submit is useful to retain, but it should not silently replace the casino's receipt of the instruction when discussing the clock.

Transfer processing

The seven-working-day rule applies here. Total also reserves the possibility of delay when the transaction needs clarification or circumstances outside its control extend the payout process. A bank-account verification hold can last until the verification completes. The rules do not supply a pause-or-restart formula that would let you calculate a new guaranteed deadline after such a hold.

Credit at your bank

Money reaching the receiving account is the final stage. Total's transfer window supplies no separate, fixed bank-credit deadline. A status indicating that the transfer has been sent and a credit visible in your bank account therefore answer different questions.

For example, if Total receives an instruction on a Monday, counting starts from Tuesday. That illustrates the starting point only: weekends and Polish public holidays affect which days count, while a verification hold or a delay requiring clarification must be considered separately. It is not a promise of arrival on a particular calendar date.

If a payout seems late, first identify whether Total is still processing it, waiting for requested information or reporting that the transfer has been sent. Counting every elapsed calendar day against the same seven-day figure can obscure the stage that needs attention.

What does the withdrawal cost?

Total's additional commission

Total says it charges no additional commission for payment transactions. That is the casino's commission statement. It does not establish that every receiving bank account is free of charges.

Your bank's charges

The bank-fee example in the same rule concerns deposits under the player's bank agreement. It does not provide a bank-specific withdrawal tariff. Check the relevant incoming-payment charge in your own bank agreement if cost is material to your decision; no single fee amount follows from Total's operator-commission statement.

The PLN destination condition also matters before fees. The published procedure does not offer a foreign-currency payout whose conversion rate could be calculated here. Choosing a different currency account is a destination question to resolve, not a conversion step to assume.

A BLIK deposit and a bank payout have different jobs

Money into Total: BLIK is listed among the published deposit methods. That supports an incoming funding option, subject to the method being available; it does not turn BLIK into the withdrawal destination.

Money out of Total: The named withdrawal rule sends funds to the registered personal Polish PLN bank account. A BLIK deposit confirmation cannot replace the bank details or the withdrawal instruction.

Other BLIK functions: BLIK also supports ATM cash withdrawals and transfers identified by a recipient's phone number. Those are distinct scheme operations. Their existence does not establish that Total returns casino winnings by BLIK code or phone transfer.

Choose the deposit method and the payout destination separately. For money coming in, consider the funding method and its ownership requirements while keeping the registered bank destination ready for a later withdrawal.

Match the problem to the next useful action

The bank details have changed

Compare the saved destination with the account you intend to use, then arrange the required update. Repeating a withdrawal instruction while the same old details remain registered does not resolve the mismatch. Retain the message or confirmation associated with the update.

The account is Polish and PLN, but it is a business account

The currency and location conditions are only part of Total's definition. A business account remains outside the personal-account requirement. Resolve the destination with Total before treating the problem as a bank-transfer outage.

The request is waiting for information

Read the exact request, including the period covered by any requested bank statement. When asking about progress, state what information was requested and when you supplied it. That gives Total a specific verification stage to address without assuming the original transfer window guarantees release during a hold.

Total reports a transfer, but the bank shows no credit

Keep Total's transfer details and compare the destination and amount with your bank record. When asking Total or your bank to trace the payment, distinguish the withdrawal-request reference from any transfer reference provided. The absence of a bank credit does not, by itself, tell you that the instruction is still pending at the casino.

For a useful enquiry, put the request date, amount, registered destination, current status and any outstanding information request in one place. Ask which stage the payment has reached and what specific action is needed next. That is more informative than asking only how many days a withdrawal takes.

Questions and answers

Which bank account can receive a Total Casino withdrawal?

The registered destination must be your personal PLN account at a bank in Poland or a cooperative savings and credit institution, with the holder's details matching your current player details. Business accounts are excluded. A relative's consent does not make their account eligible.

Does Total's seven-working-day window guarantee money will reach my bank?

No. It is the window for making the transfer, counted from the day after Total receives the withdrawal instruction. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. Bank-account verification can hold the payout, and the window does not set a fixed bank-credit deadline.

Does Total charge a withdrawal commission?

Total says it charges no additional commission for payment transactions. That does not establish the receiving bank's fee. The bank-fee example in the same rule concerns deposits and does not provide a bank-specific withdrawal tariff.
