Casino guides: terms, registers and games, explained from the source

Every guide answers one question a reader meets at the cashier, in the terms or at the table, and shows how the brands we review handle it. The casino guides open with money and documents, because that is where the questions start; licences and fairness follow; the games come last.

The method

How to use the guides

Read the guide for the step you are about to take, not the whole shelf. A first deposit needs the withdrawal guide and the KYC guide, because the payout is where the terms bite; a code needs the wagering guide; a footer with a seal needs the verification guide. Each guide opens with the answer, walks through the clauses, and ends with a brand where the rule can be seen applied.

The figures are the brands' own, the regulators' own or the studios' own, and a guide with no documented figure for a claim says so instead of printing a typical one. Where a rule differs by brand, the guide links to the review that carries that brand's line.

For Polish readers

Where the Polish questions are answered

The guides here are written for every market we cover. The questions that only a Polish player has, the ministry register, BLIK after the scheme-level block, zloty accounts, verification with Polish documents, the tax on winnings, have their own cluster with the same method and the statutes as sources.

Quick answers

Where do the numbers in the guides come from

From the terms of the brands we review, the regulators' registers and standards, the studios' own game pages and one reference for house edges. A guide with no documented figure for a claim is written without a number rather than with a typical one.

Which guide should I read first

Before a deposit, the withdrawal guide and the KYC guide, because the payout is where readers meet the terms. Before a bonus, the wagering guide and the bonus terms guide. Before trusting a footer, the verify a licence guide.

Are the guides about specific casinos

Each guide explains a rule and shows how the brands in our catalogue apply it, with the brand pages linked where the clause lives. The reviews carry the brand-specific figures; the guides carry the method and the comparison.
