About Casinosss: who we are and how a casino earns its score
A small team that opens an account at every casino it writes about, reads the licence on the regulator's own register and types every promo code into the form before it prints the code.
Casinosss is an editorial site about online casinos for players in Europe, with Poland first. The team is two people: an author who does the checking and writes the pages, and an editor who reads every page against its sources before publication. Both are named on the editorial team page, and every review and bonus page carries the author's byline and the editor's name in the stamp under the heading.
We do not run a casino, take deposits or host games. We write about the casinos other companies run, and the only product on this site is the page you are reading.
The method
How a casino gets checked before it gets a page
Four things happen before a brand appears in the casino reviews, and they happen in this order.
The licence is looked up on the register
We take the licence number from the casino's footer and search for it on the regulator's public register. Found: the trust mark can reach ten. Not found, or under a different company: the mark is capped and the review says so.
The cashier is read from inside an account
Deposit methods, currencies, limits and fees are copied from the cashier after login, not from the casino's landing page. The restricted-country line comes from the casino's own terms.
The partner code is typed into the form
Every promo code on this site is our own partner code. We enter it in the registration form, take a screenshot with the date, and read the wagering, the eligible slot and the cashout cap from the bonus terms. The how-we-verify page shows the forms.
Four marks go into one average
Trust, games, bonus terms and support, each out of ten, averaged without weighting. All four are printed on every card, so none is hidden inside the total.
Independence
Where the money comes from and what it cannot buy
The site earns from partner links. When a reader registers through a link on our pages, the casino may pay us a commission. That income funds the accounts we open and the editor's hours.
What the commission does not touch: the score, the restricted-country line and the wagering figures. Those three come from the register, the casino's terms and the bonus terms, and none of them has a field a partner manager can edit. A brand that pays more does not move up. The cooperation page lists what a partnership changes and what it never changes.
Corrections
If a page ever says something a casino's own terms contradict, write to us with the clause. The page gets corrected, not defended.
Who is missing from the top
Reviewed but not ranked: two exceptions explained
The Royal Partners family of brands is reviewed in full and kept out of the rankings and the front page. That is an editorial decision, and each of those reviews says so in its own words. They do not compete for a place in the top 10.
The second group is the brands Polish readers search for most that have no partner deal with us. We review them honestly, and because we hold no link we can track or vouch for, the button on those pages opens Vavada, the casino we rate highest for the same markets. The page says this in one sentence.
Limits
What this site does not do
We do not mediate disputes between a player and a casino, and we do not promise to. We can tell you what the terms say and which clause a casino is likely to quote, and the guide on what to do when a casino blocks your account walks through the steps in order. The decision stays with the casino and its regulator.
We do not print a number we could not source. Where a fact is missing, the sentence is written without a figure rather than with a typical one.
