What the cashback percentage hides
Every cashback scheme is three numbers, and brands print the flattering one in large type. The percentage is applied to net losses over a period. The wager is how many times the credited amount must be turned over before it can leave, and it runs from none to ten times on this list. The form is whether the credit is real money or bonus money, and only the first can be withdrawn on the day it arrives.

Two mechanisms
Cashback or rakeback: which one pays a winner
