Wagering may use the bonus funds without a deposit, and the personal promotion has a US$20 maximum cashout. These conditions make it a small capped offer for exploring the bonus balance.

If the personal spins hypothetically produce US$10, the required credited turnover is US$10 × 40 = US$400. US$400 measures the credited turnover needed. The example does not calculate a deposit requirement, predicted loss or guaranteed return. The stake and the result of each round remain different quantities.

The welcome’s x5 conversion limit applies to both cash bonuses and welcome free-spin winnings. Additional currencies can be added after registration. Only one currency is active at a time, and switching is limited to once per minute. Bets and withdrawal requests use the active currency. Funding a different currency involves Booi’s internal conversion rate; the casino states no conversion commission, but a payment provider’s own rate or fee can still affect the amount received.

A refund can be requested for the last deposit if no bets have been made since it was deposited. A refund cancels the bonuses credited for that deposit. Booi gives up to 72 hours to process the refund request; arrival depends on the payment system and can take up to 30 days. These windows apply to the unused-deposit refund process. Ordinary withdrawals of winnings follow the separate processing rules above.

If the original payment route cannot receive the refund for technical or financial reasons, Booi can offer an alternative method. Refusing that alternative extends the processing time until the payment is made or the player cancels the refund request. Include the deposit reference and ask which receiving method will be used before expecting the original route to receive the money.
