Terms of use: what this site is, and what using it means
Casinosss publishes pages about online casinos that other companies run. Reading the pages and following the links is what the site is for; the terms below say how far our responsibility goes.
These terms apply to every page on casinosss.com. By reading the site you accept them; if you do not, close the tab. The site is published by the editorial team named on the editorial team page and reachable at smartseokings@gmail.com.
An information site
What the site is and is not
Casinosss is an editorial site. It publishes casino reviews, no deposit bonus pages, country and payment pages, slot pages and guides. It does not run a casino, host games, take deposits, hold balances or pay winnings.
The buttons and the partner codes on the pages lead to casinos operated by other companies. Once you click, you are on that company's site and bound by its terms, its privacy policy and the rules of its licence. We are not a party to any account you open there, any deposit you make or any dispute that follows, and we cannot act in one. The contact page says what we can and cannot do when a reader writes about a casino.
The effort and the limit
How accuracy is kept, and where it ends
Every review, bonus page and guide is written from sources: the regulator's register for the licence, the cashier as seen from inside an account, the bonus terms as published, and the support chat as answered. The editor checks each page against those sources before publication, and the date at the bottom of each page is the day of the last check. The about page describes the method in full.
The limit is time. A casino can change its cashier, its bonus terms or its restricted-country list between our visits, and the version that binds you is the one in force when you play, on the casino's own site. Where our page and the casino's terms disagree, the casino's terms win. We correct the page when we learn of the difference.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Pages about the law in Poland and elsewhere describe the statute and the register as we read them; a decision that depends on the law is one to take with a lawyer in your country.
Outside the site
Links to third parties
The site links to casinos, to regulators' registers, to game studios' demo pages and, where a fact came from one, to the source of that fact. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish, what they collect or how they treat you.
A casino that is reviewed here but has no partner deal with us is linked to Vavada instead, and its review says so in one sentence. That substitution is ours; the rules on the far side of the link are still the casino's.
Demo games on the slot pages are served from the studio's own domain, use virtual credits and need no account. What the studio's frame collects is under the studio's policy; the privacy policy lists what our own pages store.
Your side
What you agree to when you use the pages
- You use the pages as information and take your own decisions about whether, where and how much to play. The responsible gambling page describes the tools every casino offers for limiting play.
- You will not copy, scrape or republish the text, tables or screenshots beyond a short quotation with a link to the page.
- You will not use the site or its partner links to break the terms of a casino, for example by opening a second account to claim a code twice; the guide on claiming a bonus twice explains what happens when players try.
- You accept that the site is provided as it is, that we may change or remove any page at any time, and that our responsibility for a page ends at correcting it once we know it is wrong.
These terms change when the site changes; the date at the bottom of this page moves on the day. The cooperation page states what a partner deal changes on the pages and what it never changes.

Is Casinosss a casino
No. It is an information site. It has no games, no cashier, no balance and no account for you to open. Every button that leads to play opens a casino run by another company, on that company site, under that company terms. Anything that happens after the click is between you and the casino.
What if a page turns out to be wrong
Write to the editorial address with the clause or the screenshot, and the page is corrected. The pages are checked against sources before publication and rechecked afterwards, but a cashier or a bonus term can change between visits, and the casino terms in force at the moment you play are the ones that bind you, not our description of them.
Can I copy the reviews or the tables to my own site
Not without permission. The text, the tables and the screenshots are ours. Quoting a sentence with a link to the page is fine; reproducing a page, a card or a table is not. Write to the editorial address for anything beyond a quote.
