1Win N.V., Curacao company 147039, holds OGL/2024/587/0621 from the Curacao Gaming Authority; the register lists it with the status "Assessment in progress", a renewal assessment with no clean forward date, and 1win's own regional sites still print the 8048/JAZ master number that expired in November 2024. In November 2024 roughly 96 million user records, e-mails, phone numbers, IPs, dates of birth and hashed passwords, leaked and entered Have I Been Pwned, with extortion demands of US$15 million. Kazakhstan blocked the site and opened a criminal case with four suspected organisers on an international wanted list; Russia blocks it as an unlicensed bookmaker; in Ukraine it operated without a licence.
