Duel was built by Ossi Ketola, who ran CSGOEmpire, the largest skins casino in CS:GO, for more than nine years, and it turns the usual model inside out. Who it suits

The regulator is Anjouan, so none of the Curacao vocabulary applies. The founder is Ossi Ketola of CSGOEmpire. The reputational item is the Andrew Tate partnership of November 2025, criticised by SiGMA, Casino.org and others, after the brand's X account had been suspended in October 2025. No complaint history exists at the major trackers yet, which cuts both ways.
