The useful choice starts with the reward actually offered to you. A spin count in a search result does not identify its game, eligibility or withdrawal conditions. Registration free spins
BitStarz's no-deposit rules expressly cover free spins received during registration. Email verification is required to receive those registration spins, and disposable email addresses are excluded. The general FS rules say no bonus code is needed to qualify for free spins. They do not specify a universal current signup quantity or assigned slot: the game depends on country and is identified in the account's bonus section.
That makes an advertised number only the beginning of the check. Confirm the actual reward, game, currency or spin denomination, country eligibility and supplemental terms before treating it as available to you. A valid account and a verified email do not, by themselves, establish a particular spin award. Standard Friday Loyalty Bonus
The standard Friday reward belongs to returning-player promotions. Its name alone does not establish a percentage, amount or personal claim procedure. Individual VIP cashback
VIP cashback uses the previous Friday-to-Thursday losing week, based on deposits and losses. It is credited as Friday Loyalty Bonus at the percentage agreed in the VIP deal and replaces the standard Friday reward. The VIP terms say Friday credits are issued throughout the day, up to 16:00 CET. An invited player's individual deal therefore matters more than a generic Friday headline.
Manual VIP compensation
A manual VIP bonus is a separate discretionary request after qualifying losses. The VIP team assesses its loss period, reset and balance conditions before deciding whether to award it. A standard Friday reward or a signup-spin offer does not establish a right to this compensation.
From free-spin winnings to a withdrawal
The headline multiplier measures a wagering target. Under the FS clause, winnings generated by free spins receive a 40x wagering requirement. For general free and registration bonuses, the no-deposit clause says 40 times the bonus sum awarded unless supplemental terms state otherwise. Use the clause for the reward you actually have; a funded cash-match offer needs its own calculation base.
Consider a hypothetical FS result of EUR10. At 40x, the target is EUR400 of credited qualifying turnover. EUR10 is an invented example of winnings, not a promised signup prize or spin value. EUR400 is not a required deposit, a forecast loss or the sum you can withdraw. Your balance must survive the play, and contribution, stake limits and deadlines still determine what counts.
The balance supplying those bets is another question. BitStarz deducts stakes from cash first; when no cash is available, it uses the bonus balance. Deposited money can therefore be used while a bonus is active. A 40x target does not mean every qualifying stake must come exclusively from a real-money wallet, nor does it make the deposited cash immune to losses.
The conditions form three separate checks: identify the reward and its winnings; complete its eligible wagering using the applicable balance rules; then satisfy the withdrawal conditions, including the prior transfer and any verification or audit. The cap continues after wagering
For a bonus or spins awarded without a deposit being required, the stated maximum resulting payout is 100 EUR, USD or USDT; 150 CAD, AUD or NZD; 1,000 NOK; or 10,000 JPY. Winnings above the relevant limit are forfeited. The policy expressly keeps funds derived from the NDB subject to that limit after wagering, including winnings from further play.
For example, continuing to play a cleared NDB balance does not turn its EUR100 ceiling into unrestricted winnings. The exception named in this policy concerns a VIP player specifically configured on a VIP Cashback Deal within Friday Loyalty Bonus. A VIP badge or a general reference to bonus cashouts does not establish that exception for every reward.
The prior transfer is a separate condition
Before withdrawing or transferring winnings connected with a free bonus, the no-deposit terms require a prior transfer into the account of at least 20 EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or USDT; 200 NOK; or 3,000 JPY, as well as completion of wagering. The reward cap and transfer threshold are different amounts with different purposes.
This threshold is not a registration fee, a free-spin prize or a complete list of cashier deposit minima. It also does not establish which payment method will be available to your account or whether a single transfer will satisfy every condition. For BCH, LTC, ETH, DOGE and BTC, use the separately stated amount for your account currency rather than converting a euro figure at a market exchange rate. No-deposit withdrawals may require KYC, with documents varying by the deposit method. All withdrawals face an internal audit before processing. Check country and account eligibility before playing
The NDB-FS exclusion list includes European countries such as Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway and Slovenia. It also lists countries outside Europe. A separate general-promotion clause excludes Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Austria, Kosovo and Finland unless that promotion's rules say otherwise. These two lists serve different promotion scopes.
Neither list is an affirmative list of countries allowed to open accounts. For a reader in Poland, availability is not established simply because Poland is absent from these bonus exclusions. Ordinary account-country eligibility and the particular reward both need confirmation before a registration or funding decision. The same distinction applies to other countries absent from the lists.
Offers are limited by person, family, household address, email, telephone number, payment account, IP and shared computer. Multiple accounts used to claim bonuses can lead to confiscation. A reward blocked by an existing account or shared-account restriction is not fixed by signing up again, changing details or sending money to another BitStarz account for bonus eligibility.
Normally only one promotion can be claimed at a time, with Bonuz Mania expressly excepted; deposit bonuses cannot be stacked. Two spin clocks, plus the bonus expiry
Free spins must be activated by opening the assigned game within one day of credit. Once activated, all their rounds must be completed within one day. The first clock runs from credit; the second runs from activation. Opening a game late does not recover an already expired set.
Bonus-fund expiry is a further condition. The general rules give welcome-package bonuses seven days and other bonuses 24 hours from issue unless otherwise stated. These are not interchangeable with the spin-opening and spin-completion clocks. Choose qualifying games and keep stakes within the limit

Table, live, instant-win, lottery and bingo games typically contribute 5% towards bonus wagering. Using the hypothetical EUR400 target, a game that is eligible and contributes exactly 5% would require EUR8,000 in nominal eligible stakes: EUR400 divided by 0.05. Only fully settled bets count. Minimal-risk offsetting bets, such as covering opposing roulette or baccarat outcomes together, do not satisfy wagering. The rules also prohibit using bonus funds to advance a game's bonus stages and finishing with cash, or leaving a reached bonus feature to return to later. If a game rejects bonus funds or the counter fails to move, stop and check eligibility and contribution before continuing the same pattern.
What a Friday VIP deal must tell you
VIP membership is by invitation. Accounts are reviewed weekly, with deposits, wagering and account history among the factors; there is no single published entry threshold. The reference to average monthly deposits of EUR5,000 is a guideline for maintaining VIP status, not a deposit that guarantees an invitation.
For Friday cashback, identify the actual percentage, reward amount, wagering base and multiplier, expiry, applicable games or stakes, and cashout treatment in your deal. The losing-week calculation and credit window explain when the programme operates; they do not fill in those personal terms. A larger cashback percentage also does not tell you what portion becomes withdrawable.
Manual compensation has a different test. Lost deposits from Friday to Thursday must reach EUR500 or equivalent since the last bonus or withdrawal, subject to the detailed eligibility rules. The VIP team may award up to 10% of qualifying losses at its discretion. It is not guaranteed rakeback after every EUR500/USD500 lost, and a bonus or withdrawal changes the period being assessed.
Manual eligibility resets every Friday in CET, without retroactive credit for deposits before the reset. Currencies are reviewed separately rather than pooled. A real-money balance must be played before a manual request, and an available standard casino bonus must first be cancelled if you choose the manual bonus instead. Keep the funded offers in a separate decision
The 180 welcome spins are deposit-linked, issued in nine sets of 20: the first after the qualifying first deposit and the rest at daily intervals. Their qualifying deposit must be wagered once within 24 hours. Cancelling a welcome-spin set before completion forfeits the remaining sets, although unused deposit-bonus parts of the welcome package may still be available. The number 180 should therefore not be read as a free signup award.
Wednesday Free Spins and Reload Monday require four previous deposits, excluding the deposit needed for the promotion itself. Wednesday spins are issued in the last active campaign currency. These returning-player conditions cannot establish a new account's no-deposit entitlement.

If a reward is missing, expiring or being cancelled
A signup reward has not appeared
Check that email verification is complete, the address is not disposable, the country and account qualify, and a specific registration offer actually applies. A general FS no-code rule is not proof that any advertised spin count must be credited. Check the existing account's bonus information and the terms of the actual offer; opening another account creates a separate eligibility problem.
A code or a “200 spins today” post does not work
A code needs a named promotion, eligible account and valid terms. There is no verified current signup code or universal 20, 25, 30, 50 or 200-spin award established by those search phrases. A Reddit post or an old dated coupon cannot establish today's entitlement. The balance or winnings disappear
Expiry or cancellation forfeits the bonus and associated winnings. The general terms also forfeit the bonus when the balance falls below $0.10 or currency equivalent. Check the relevant expiry and balance condition rather than assuming every missing amount is a failed withdrawal. A completed wager counter does not protect funds from an NDB cap or a later audit.
You want to withdraw deposited money early
The rules allow a request to withdraw deposited funds before completing bonus wagering, but require the bonus to be cancelled first, losing the bonus and its associated winnings. Cancellation is available through support or the Cancel button for that bonus in My Rewards and Prizes. It does not refund money already lost, and expired or cancelled bonuses and spins cannot be reinstated. Accepting a deposit bonus also locks the deposit to the choice of completing wagering or cancelling that bonus; this funded-offer rule should not be confused with simply receiving registration spins.
An eligible deposit bonus was not credited
For deposit offers, the rules require contacting support before starting play if an eligible bonus is missing; otherwise retroactive credit is lost. Decide whether the reward suits the money you will commit

A personal percentage and confirmed conversion terms can support that comparison; a general promise of VIP cashback cannot.
