Choose before funding

The first Wheel arrives after the first deposit without a code. CRYPTO or LIVE must be entered with one of the first three total deposits. The Wheel cannot be combined with a code-based bonus; CRYPTO and LIVE each exclude an existing cashback deal and normally cannot be combined with another promotion.

Keep the wallet and clock in view

CRYPTO counts qualifying crypto-wallet play on deposit days. LIVE counts live-casino losses during its programme. WinzUp uses separate rakeback and weekly-balance calculations. These rates cannot simply be added together to predict a payout.

If the Wheel awards spins

The first-deposit free spins are for the original Big Bass Bonanza by Pragmatic Play. Both activation and play must happen within one day. That deadline matters more to an occasional player than the largest possible spin bundle.

The general free-spin rules use the lowest game bet unless the particular offer says otherwise, limit spin value to €1 unless explicitly overridden, and cap payout from a set of free spins at €5,000 or its currency equivalent unless that promotion says otherwise.

Keep cash and spin limits separate

The €5,000 rule applies to winnings from a free-spin set. It does not replace the first Wheel’s possible €10,000 cash prize. Winz’s policy gives the specific promotion’s terms precedence where they conflict with general policy; the figures above follow the individual Welcome Wheel.

Using another code at the first deposit changes the choice. BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD belong to the returning Wheels below, with higher deposit thresholds.

CRYPTO: 20% on qualifying crypto losses

Enter CRYPTO with a cryptocurrency deposit among the first three deposits in total. Only play through the cryptocurrency wallet counts. The offer includes all games, but play from another wallet is excluded.

Cashback is 20% of net crypto losses: bets minus winnings on the same UTC calendar day as a qualifying crypto deposit. There are up to seven qualifying cashback days, and they need not be consecutive. Skipping a day does not use up the remaining qualifying days.

• Daily calculation period: 00:00-23:59 UTC.
• Credit: the following day, between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC.
• Payment: real money, zero wagering and no upper cashback cap.
• Use each payment within 14 days after receiving it, or it is removed.

LIVE: 10% on live-casino losses

Enter LIVE with one of the first three real-money deposits. A qualifying deposit starts the 14-day programme. The stable EUR and USD qualifying thresholds are €20 and US$20, and a qualifying deposit is required on each day for which cashback is sought.

Net loss is bets minus winnings in live-casino games. The accounting day is 00:00:00-23:59:59 UTC; the previous day’s cashback is credited between 09:00 and 10:00 GMT. Payments are real money, with zero wagering and no upper cashback cap.

• The 14-day programme begins with the qualifying deposit; it is not seven flexible qualifying days.
• Each credited payment has its own 14-day use deadline.
• The published BTC deposit clauses differ. Confirm the applicable BTC minimum before choosing LIVE in that currency.

Daily and Level Up are edge-based

Daily Rakeback = bets × house edge × Daily Rakeback rate. It counts casino bets placed and sports bets settled on the previous day. Level Up uses the same multiplication with the Level Up rate, applied to play throughout the entire previous level.

The multiplication first applies the house edge to the stakes, then the reward rate. For example, hypothetical bets of 1,000 units at a 2% house edge and a 5% rakeback rate produce 1 unit: 1,000 × 0.02 × 0.05. The edge and rate in this example are illustrative inputs only.

Weekly also deducts other rewards

Weekly Cashback applies its rate to a balance calculation, then subtracts other bonuses and rakebacks. Those deductions affect the final reward, so daily and weekly rates cannot simply be added together.

Winz’s expression includes unsettled sports bets in both the starting and ending sides, so use the relevant period’s balances. Sports progress is counted when the event completes and the bet settles. For sports rakeback, house edge follows the betting market’s margin, capped at 10%.

VIP: 20%, capped at 30% of weekly deposits

The introductory VIP headline is 20% cashback on weekly net losses, capped at 30% of deposits made in the same week. Join through a first deposit of at least €2,500 or its stated currency equivalent with code VIP, or contact vip@winz.io. The programme normally cannot be combined with another promotion.

A week is Monday-Sunday. You must deposit and be active in the relevant week; the calculation also refers to the VIP tier at the week’s end. The introductory schedule credits the next two Mondays after the qualifying deposit at 09:00 GMT, for the previous week’s net loss.

For example, with €2,500 deposited and €5,000 in net losses during one week, 20% of the loss is €1,000 but the 30% deposit cap is €750. The illustrative cashback is therefore capped at €750. A larger loss does not remove that cap.

• Cashback is wager-free unless otherwise stated and must be used within 14 days.
• Participation is limited to one qualifying person/household/payment account or wallet and shared computer environment.
• The casino may change or end the programme. Club invitations and requests for access are separate from agreeing an ongoing individual deal.

Sports: an Only Win Free Bet

The separate sports welcome offer matches a qualifying deposit by 100% in an Only Win Free Bet, up to the published $100 cap. The award is a promotional free bet. The offer prints the cap with a dollar symbol; confirm the currency shown for your offer before funding.

Use the free bet in one instance and in full, within seven days of activation. It is for pre-match selections at odds from 2.00 to 5.00 on football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, baseball, volleyball, esports, cricket or American football.

If it wins, only net winnings are returned; the free-bet stake is excluded. A hypothetical 50-unit free bet at decimal odds of 3.00 returns 100 units in winnings, with the original 50-unit stake excluded. Previous Sports Welcome users are excluded, and separate sports-country restrictions apply below. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent qualifying activity can void awards and winnings.

Method limits and general floors differ

The general terms state a €20-equivalent minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal, with an account-closure exception for withdrawing the full balance. Some method rows give different amounts, including crypto units and Siru’s €5 deposit minimum. These are different published scopes; neither is a universal converted floor for every method.

Many incoming crypto rows say “no max limit.” That concerns those deposit transactions, not withdrawal limits. Do not use it as a promise of unlimited cashout.

Use your own payment account

Deposits must come from an account, card or payment system in your own name. Third-party funding can lead to winnings being confiscated and the original deposit returned to its owner. A card or bank may reject a transaction even where the country is otherwise supported.

Winz uses payment processors and its internal fiat currency is EUR. Currency conversion and your bank or provider’s charges can affect the amount credited or debited. A list of wallets does not mean the casino provides a fiat-to-crypto exchange service.

Fees are conditional, not universally zero

Fiat-funded players can request up to two withdrawals per day and seven per calendar week for free. Beyond those limits, Winz may deduct 10%, with a minimum of €10 or its account-currency equivalent. Crypto-funded players have no stated daily limit on the number of withdrawals, but that does not waive other conditions or bank/provider charges.

The FAQ broadly says the casino does not charge transaction fees while providers may. For a withdrawal decision, keep the more specific fiat-frequency fee and the terms’ possible processing charges in view. Intermediary banks can add charges to bank transfers.

Aggregate ceilings use USDT / USD

The general maximum processed withdrawal is 100,000 USDT / USD per week and 400,000 USDT / USD per month, unless a specific promotion states otherwise; discretionary higher-VIP exceptions may apply. The published units are alternatives. Do not add the USDT and USD figures together or assume an exchange-rate equivalence.

If a win exceeds 400,000 USDT / USD, Winz reserves the right to pay monthly instalments of at most 400,000 USDT / USD until it is paid. These account-level ceilings coexist with the smaller method-specific transaction ranges.

Routing normally follows the deposit

Withdrawals normally return to the original payment method. Winz can choose or allow an alternative, subject to additional checks. With card funding, it may return up to the net deposit to the card and pay the excess through another method. Bank-transfer payouts in USD are unavailable.

A crypto withdrawal goes to the wallet address specified in the request. Deposited cryptocurrency requires at least one blockchain confirmation. The payment rows name assets, but do not establish every token’s supported sending network; verify the exact network and address before a transfer.

Prepare documents before relying on speed

Verification can be requested before betting or a withdrawal. The terms give cumulative withdrawals above €2,000 or equivalent in other fiat currencies as an example trigger; this is not a document-free allowance below that amount. The FAQ’s additional 7 BTC threshold does not remove earlier discretionary checks.

Expect proof of identity, address and deposit/payment method, with further documents possible. Upload them through the player lobby’s Documents page. The FAQ says approval is usually immediate after submission or a request, and can take up to 24 hours during busy periods. Those are published service expectations, not measured approval times.
