How to clear no deposit wagering: three decisions and one sum

Wagering is a sum of bets that must be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn, and clearing it comes down to three decisions: what the multiplier is applied to, which game the bets go on, and what stake they are placed at. This page takes the three in order, with the codes on this site as the worked examples, and ends with the arithmetic that says when to stop.

The base: what the multiplier applies to

A multiplier is meaningless until its base is known. At Vavada, Play Fortuna and SpinBetter 20x applies to the winnings from the spins: win 12 units and 240 units of bets clear it. At BitStarz 40x applies to the bonus sum. At CryptoBoss 50x is counted from the real-money balance, which is the brand's own wording and the bonus page explains it. At the Royal Partners family 45x applies to the winnings, so the same 12 units need 540 units of bets. Two codes with the same headline and the same base differ by the multiplier; two with the same multiplier and different bases differ by more. Read the base first and the number second, and the cards on this site print both.

The cap sits on top. Where a cashout cap is published, 10x the bonus at Jet and Beef, EUR 5,000 at Cactus, the most the wagering can ever release is the cap, and wagering a balance far above it is work the cap will discard; the cashout page covers the arithmetic.

The game: RTP and volatility

The requirement is a sum of bets, so no game clears it in fewer spins at a given stake; what the game decides is whether the balance is still there at the end. Every bet loses the house edge on average, and over hundreds of bets the average asserts itself, so the RTP sets how much of the balance the wagering consumes: a point of RTP over hundreds of units of bets is several units of balance. The volatility sets the path. A high-volatility slot, which is every slot the codes here land on, drifts down through long dry stretches and recovers in a rare feature, and a bonus balance can be gone before the feature comes; a low-volatility, high-RTP title loses slowly and steadily and is the one to wager on where the terms allow a choice. The slot selection guide covers the choice and the RTP guide where to read the version in play.

Contribution

Slots usually count at full weight; table and live games at a fraction or not at all; excluded games count for nothing and can void the bonus. The game rules page lists the clauses for each code.

The stake: under the max bet, and small

Two constraints. The max bet clause caps the stake while the bonus is active, and a single bet over it voids everything at the cashier, so the ceiling is the clause and not the game's maximum. Under that ceiling, smaller is safer: a small stake means many bets, and many bets let the RTP work as an average across a long run, while a large stake means few bets, each of which can end the balance. The instinct to stake large and clear fast is the instinct the requirement is designed to punish. Set the stake so the balance covers the dry stretches the hit frequency implies, hundreds of spins on a slot that hits on a third of them, and let the sum accumulate.

The one thing to watch

The wagering counter in the account, which most brands show under the bonus. It says how much of the sum remains and whether the bets are counting, which is the fastest way to discover an excluded game.

When the sum says to stop

The remaining wagering divided by the stake is the number of bets left; the balance divided by the stake is the number of bets the balance can lose outright. When the first is many times the second on a high-volatility slot, the balance will usually be gone before the sum is reached, and the rational course is to treat the bonus as what it has already been, a look at the casino's cashier, support and lobby, and to decide about a deposit on that evidence. A no deposit bonus is not a sum owed to the player; it is a session, and most sessions on a high-volatility title end below the bonus value by design. The real money page sets out what the offer can and cannot pay, and the reviews say what each cashier's terms require before the money moves.

Before the withdrawal

Verification. Upload the documents while the wagering runs, so the cashier is ready when the counter reaches zero; the KYC page covers what is asked.

Questions about clearing wagering

What does the multiplier apply to

Read the term. At Vavada 20x applies to the free-spin winnings; at BitStarz 40x applies to the bonus sum; at CryptoBoss 50x is counted from the real-money balance. Twelve units of winnings at 20x is 240 units of bets; the same at 45x is 540. The base changes the sum as much as the multiplier does.

Which game clears wagering fastest

None clears it faster in spins, since the requirement is a sum of bets. What the game decides is whether the balance survives to the end: a high-RTP, low-volatility slot loses slowly and steadily, a high-volatility one can run the balance down to nothing before the feature arrives. Pick the first for wagering, if the terms allow it.

Does every bet count

Every bet on an allowed game at or under the max bet, usually at full weight for slots and a fraction or nothing for table and live games; excluded games count for nothing and can void the bonus. The game rules page lists what each code here allows.

When should I stop

When the remaining wagering is larger than the balance can plausibly survive at the stake, which on a high-volatility slot is most of the time. A no deposit bonus that has paid for a look at the cashier and the support has done its job; the wagering is the price of the rare good session, and paying it with a balance that is already small is the casino's arithmetic and never yours.
