Mechanics
How a 7x7 cluster grid tumbles and marks its spots
The layout is 7-7 and wins are cluster pays: no lines, only touching groups of five or more. A winning cluster is paid, its symbols are removed, and the columns tumble down with new symbols. The chain continues until a drop produces no cluster.
The marking is the edition's mechanic. Each position that takes part in a win is marked; a second win on the same position in the same spin doubles the mark, from 2x through 4x, 8x, 16x and onward to the 1,024x cap. When a symbol in a winning cluster sits on a marked spot, its share of the win is multiplied by the mark. Long tumble chains that keep hitting the same area of the grid are therefore what the game rewards, and the middle of the grid, where more clusters pass, tends to build the highest marks.
