Casino Guru's Safety Index is 2.9, very low, on five complaints with two unresolved and disputed sums that run to EUR 130,000, and it flags terms that let the casino confiscate winnings for low-risk play. A partner network ended its relationship in July 2026 and labelled the brand closed, which it is not: the site is live and its terms were updated in June. That is the record; the cashback does not change it.
