How a credit card deposit works and where the bank steps in
Type the card number or pick a saved card, confirm the 3-D Secure prompt from your bank, and the balance appears at once. The invisible part is the merchant category code attached to the payment: 7995, betting and casino gambling. Visa and Mastercard put that code in a restricted category, so the acquirer that serves the casino needs an explicit approval and a separate merchant ID before it may process a single deposit. On the issuing side many banks refuse every 7995 payment with a blanket rule. The refusal arrives at your screen before the casino has seen the attempt, and the share of refused card deposits is noticeably higher than in ordinary online shopping.
Since the Visa Integrity Risk Program came into force, gambling sits in its Tier 1, the category with the heaviest oversight; new acquirers in that tier pass a Visa control assessment before they onboard a casino. The 3-D Secure step follows from the same logic: the card schemes recommend it strongly for this category and many jurisdictions require it, so a bank prompt on every deposit is normal here and not a sign of trouble.

How the money comes back to the same card and how long the brands quote
The same-card rule runs through the terms. Jet pays only to the instrument that deposited, the same card by number; 1xSlots, Riobet and Play Fortuna send money back through the rail that brought it; Stake pays cards and bank transfers only to a method already used for a deposit. The card leg is then the slowest in any cashier because the scheme and the bank take their turn after the casino approves. Booi quotes one to five days for cards against hours for wallets and coins. The Malta regulator's player protection directive obliges a licensee to send funds within five working days of the request, and lets that clock stop for identity checks. A card payout that reads as slow is usually that clock plus the bank's working days, and a request approved on a Friday does not move before Monday.

Fees and limits the terms print for cards
Where a per-rail figure exists, cards get the small one. Sol caps a card or bank withdrawal at 2,000 euro per transaction against 10,000 for Skrill and Neteller and 50,000 for crypto. What the bank statement shows and what the casino asks to see
The statement shows the merchant the acquirer registered and the amount, filed under the betting category; the same code is what a bank uses when it decides to refuse the next attempt. Chargebacks in this category run higher than elsewhere because losses get disputed, which is why the schemes require the casino to run stronger identity checks and to monitor disputes, and why the casino asks for the card at the first withdrawal. For a Polish reader the law adds a line.
