Euro casinos
Three kinds of casino call themselves euro casinos: the ones that keep a euro balance, the ones that show euro over a USDT ledger, and the ones that convert your zloty on the way in and back on the way out. The list below is every ranked brand with a EUR balance; the sections sort them into the three kinds and print the euro ceilings from their terms.

Money in
Open the account in euro and deposit by card, SEPA, a wallet or a coin; the cashier credits the balance in euro and the games price their bets in it. The question is what sits under the balance. Booi keeps a euro and a zloty account side by side with no transaction fee, so a Polish player picks the one that matches the bank card. Legzo keeps a euro balance and nothing else for its European accounts, Lex the same for its region, so a zloty card is converted by the bank on the way in. Fairspin is the third kind: its terms state that every deposit, balance, wager and win is recorded in USDT and any fiat the player selects is a display feature, so the euro you see is a label on a stablecoin.
Stake runs euro as a local-currency balance tied to the country of the account, available in Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Croatia, Hungary and Bulgaria among others, with cards and bank transfer inside a 5 to 1,000 euro band per transaction. Vavada takes 10 euro or 10 dollars by card, SEPA or wallet with no deposit fee. Cactus takes 10 euro on fiat rails and 5 in crypto; Bitstarz takes bank transfers and pays them back in euro.
| Booi | EUR and PLN balances side by side, no transaction fee |
|---|---|
| Legzo, Lex | EUR balance only for European accounts |
| Fairspin | EUR displayed, USDT recorded under the terms |
| Stake | EUR local-currency balance by country, EUR 5 to 1,000 per card transaction |
| Vavada | EUR 10 minimum, no deposit fee |
| Cactus | EUR 10 fiat, EUR 5 crypto |
Money out
SEPA is the rail that keeps the payout in euro end to end. Bitstarz pays by IBAN from 50 euro up to 4,000 per transfer, by wire from 100 euro, and through MiFinity from 50 up to 10,000, with no fee on any of them; its bank transfers take three to ten banking days and arrive in euro, while it states an average cashout time under ten minutes across its cashier. Vavada lists SEPA and bank wire on the payout side with pending time up to a day, no fee and weekend cashouts. Booi pays SEPA and online bank transfer, wallets and coins in hours after verification and cards in one to five days. Sol pays by SEPA and SWIFT with a card and bank cap of 2,000 euro per transaction and up to five business days. Stake pays bank transfers within three business days and only to a method already used for a deposit.
The clock behind every one of those figures is the same. The Malta regulator's player protection directive gives a licensee five working days to send the money and lets that period stretch for identity checks; the payment system takes its turn; the receiving bank adds its working days. A SEPA payout approved on a Friday evening moves on Monday because of the banking calendar, not because of the casino.
Tip
Legzo adds extra checks above 1,250 euro and a source-of-funds request above 10,000 euro; Sol adds a check of up to forty-eight hours above 1,250 euro. If a euro payout is going to cross one of those lines, have the bank statement ready before you press withdraw.
The numbers
The ceilings come in three shapes. Flat: Vodka allows 10,000 euro a month from a 10 euro minimum, and only 5,000 a month if the balance is at least ten times the sum of deposits, with an 8 percent fee of at least 4 euro when a deposit was not wagered once. Tiered: Cactus starts at 3,000 euro a day and 30,000 a month and lifts the cap by loyalty level until it disappears; Gama starts a new account at 185 euro a day and 5,550 per thirty days and reaches 30,000 a day at its top level; Riobet starts at 1,000 euro a day and 5,000 a month. Unlimited: 1Win records no ceiling in euro or zloty, 1xSlots none in euro, dollars, Bitcoin or Ethereum, and Booi none in coins next to its 10,000 euro daily cap.
| Vodka | EUR 10,000 a month; 5,000 if balance is 10x deposits; 8 percent fee if not wagered once |
|---|---|
| Cactus | EUR 3,000 a day, 30,000 a month at base; unlimited at the top |
| Gama | EUR 185 a day for a new account; 30,000 a day at the top |
| Riobet | EUR 1,000 a day, 5,000 a month |
| Booi | EUR 10,000 a day; coins unlimited |
| 1Win | unlimited in EUR and PLN |
| Weiss | EUR 4,000 a week |
The other side
A SEPA transfer shows the recipient's name and the reference, a card payment the merchant under category code 7995, the betting code that Visa and Mastercard treat as restricted and that many issuers refuse by rule. A euro account changes none of that; it only removes the conversion line. What it does change for a Polish reader is the tax reading. Polish income tax law exempts winnings from slots, card, dice, roulette and bingo games when the casino is licensed under the gambling law of an EU or EEA state, and taxes other winnings at 10 percent under article 30 of the PIT act. The brands in this list hold Curacao or Anjouan licences, which are neither, so a euro balance does not bring the exemption with it.
Codes
Claimed with no deposit; the euro balance is where the winnings land.

No. Booi keeps a euro and a zloty balance side by side; Legzo and Lex keep euro only, so a zloty card pays a conversion; Fairspin shows euro on screen but records every deposit and wager in USDT under its terms. Read which of the three your brand is before the first deposit.
It belongs to the account and its status, not to the currency. Booi allows 10,000 euro a day, Cactus 3,000 a day and 30,000 a month at base, Vodka 10,000 a month, Riobet 1,000 a day and 5,000 a month, Weiss 4,000 a week. 1Win records its euro ceiling as unlimited.
Polish income tax law exempts winnings from slots, card, dice, roulette and bingo games only when the casino is licensed under the gambling law of an EU or EEA state, and otherwise taxes winnings at 10 percent. The brands in this list hold Curacao or Anjouan licences, so the exemption does not reach them.
