Polski Standard Płatności, the company that runs BLIK, compares the domain tied to every transaction with the Ministry of Finance register, and a listed site is never sent to authorisation: the bank app shows no push and no reason. The register is only one reason a BLIK casino payment ends up blocked; the other two live in your own bank. Here is how to tell them apart, what still works, and where the line is.

The cashier takes the six digits and shows a waiting screen. The bank app shows nothing: no push, no confirmation prompt, no decline. After a while the cashier times out or reports the payment as unsuccessful, and the code expires unused. That silence is the signature of the register check. A bank-side failure looks different: the push arrives, you confirm, and the app itself refuses with a reason, or the cashier reports a decline within seconds. A timing failure looks different again: the code was typed after its two minutes ran out, or the confirmation sat in the app for longer than 60 seconds, and the cashier says the code is invalid.
| What you see | Where it comes from | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| No push in the app, cashier times out | The BLIK scheme | The domain is in the ministry register and was never sent to authorisation |
| Push arrives, app refuses with a reason | Your bank | A limit, a balance or an account status; mBank names insufficient funds, exceeded BLIK limits and an account not fully active |
| Cashier says the code is invalid | The timers | The code outlived its two minutes, or the confirmation passed 60 seconds |
Polski Standard Płatności, the company that runs BLIK for its shareholder banks, connected the scheme to the Ministry of Finance register through a live interface. For every transaction it checks the domain tied to the payment; if the domain is in the register, the payment is not sent to authorisation. The check is by domain, not by merchant category, so it catches the listed sites and leaves everything else alone; it applies to domestic and foreign transactions alike, which is the point, because it was built to catch payments routed through foreign settlement agents; and it was approved by the President of the National Bank of Poland. The statutory duty under article 15g of the gambling act sits on payment service providers, who must stop serving a listed domain within 30 days of its entry or face a fine of up to PLN 250,000; the scheme moved that duty to the rail and to the moment of payment.
Which brands it hits is a question for the register, not for this page. Every 1win domain is listed. 1Go's main domain and 71 sibling mirrors are listed. Spinbetter has 65 mirror domains listed while its main address was clear at our last pull. The register guide shows how to search a domain before typing a code, and the mirrors guide explains why a mirror is a listed address waiting to happen.
BLIK limits are set per bank, not by the scheme. mBank's default daily limit is PLN 3,000, changed in the app under Ustawienia, Limity, BLIK, with PLN 2,000 per person-to-person transfer; PKO's default online limit is PLN 3,000 a day across 20 transactions with a ceiling of PLN 20,000 a day for code payments; Revolut's BLIK page allows up to PLN 50,000 a day and up to 100 operations. A casino deposit that pushes the day's total past the default fails at the bank with a limit message, and the fix is in the app, not at the cashier. mBank adds two more reasons a code fails: insufficient funds and an account that is not fully active. BLIK also works only for PLN accounts, so a EUR sub-account cannot generate a code at all.
A bank failure comes with a reason in the app. If the app said nothing, it was not the bank. The bank-block guide covers the card side of the same question, including the merchant code rule and the Revolut gambling toggle.
A BLIK code is six digits generated in the bank app and valid for two minutes; after that the app makes a new one. Once the payment starts, the confirmation in the app has its own 60-second window, separate from the two minutes. The two are routinely confused into one, and a code that fails for timing is often blamed on a block. The clean sequence at a cashier: open the deposit page, enter the amount, generate the code only then, type it, switch to the bank app and confirm at once. Generating the code first and then hunting for the cashier is how the two minutes run out.
At a brand whose main domain is not listed, everything works, BLIK included. At a listed domain, no Polish rail should work, and the honest answer is a different brand. A Polish player who hits a bank limit or a timer has three ordinary alternatives. Revolut: a card and a PLN account under a Lithuanian banking licence, with a gambling toggle you control and exchange terms the Revolut guide sets out. A Polish card: subject to the issuer's merchant-code rule, which the bank-block guide explains. And a stablecoin bought on a peer-to-peer marketplace, paid for by BLIK or a bank transfer, then sent wallet to wallet; the crypto guide covers the purchase and the escrow. The deposit guide puts the three side by side with their minimums.
The scheme check is deterministic. A second code fails the same way, and the domain is the reason.
The check reads the domain tied to the transaction and covers foreign settlement agents by design; the mirror is either listed or about to be.
Stake and Play Fortuna name a VPN or a false location as an express breach with confiscation. A payment that goes through under one is a balance you can lose at verification.
The deposit must come from an instrument in your own name; a third-party payment fails at KYC even when the rail accepts it.
The line this site draws: we describe the machinery, we name the brands whose main domain was clear at our last pull, and we describe no way of paying a listed one. Online casino play in Poland is a state monopoly under the gambling act, and every offshore brand on this page operates without a Polish licence; the legality guide sets out what that means for the player.
Every brand below accepts Polish players and lists BLIK on the deposit side in our data. Jet lists BLIK first in its Polish cashier with a PLN account behind it; Booi takes BLIK from about PLN 40 to about PLN 10,000 per transaction, deposit-only; Legzo takes BLIK from PLN 100 into a EUR balance, deposit-only; Sol's Polish offer starts at PLN 50. Cactus and Play Fortuna are absent on purpose: BLIK is claimed for both by some pages and confirmed by none.

A listing is a cashier fact, not a promise that the domain stays clear. Check the register before a larger deposit; the BLIK casinos page is the ranked list with the cashier facts for each.

Vavada: BLIK confirmed by two aggregators, a PLN balance, a Polish site and chat; a low default withdrawal ceiling until the VIP tiers lift it.
Because the BLIK scheme now checks the domain tied to each transaction against the Ministry of Finance register of domains offering gambling contrary to the act. A listed domain is not sent to authorisation at all, so no push reaches your bank app and no message names the reason. The check runs through a live link to the register, covers domestic and foreign transactions, and was approved by the President of the National Bank of Poland.
No. The block is based on the register, so it catches listed domains, not gambling as a category. A brand whose main domain is not in the register still takes BLIK; in our data Vavada, Spinbetter, Booi, Jet, Sol, Legzo, Fresh, Gizbo, Flagman and Martin list BLIK in the cashier. Total Casino, the state site, takes BLIK with a Ministry of Finance licence behind it.
The six-digit code lives for two minutes from generation in the bank app, and once you start the payment you have 60 seconds to confirm it in the app. Those are two separate timers. A code typed at the end of its two minutes, or a confirmation left past 60 seconds, fails for timing alone and has nothing to do with the register.
The scheme check was designed for exactly that case: it looks at the domain tied to the transaction whether the settlement agent is Polish or foreign. Payment providers must stop serving a listed domain within 30 days of its entry under article 15g of the gambling act, on pain of a fine of up to PLN 250,000. We describe no route around the register.
