Casino mirror sites in Poland: the mirror, the register, the player
Within 48 hours of a domain being listed by the Ministry of Finance, Polish internet providers stop resolving it, and a brand answers by pointing another address at the same account and balance. That second address is the casino mirror, and the public register Poland keeps is mostly made of them. The register reaches internet providers and payment providers, not you; the fiscal penal code reaches you, but for playing, not for landing on a page. Here is how the machinery works, how many mirrors the brands we review have in it, and why we describe no way around it.

What a mirror is, and why brands keep dozens
A mirror is a second domain pointed at the same casino: the same account, the same balance, the same cashier, a different name in the address bar. Brands keep them because a domain in the Ministry of Finance register stops resolving at Polish internet providers within 48 hours, and the brand would rather lose an address than a customer. The register itself shows the scale. On one morning the ministry entered 72 separate 1Go domains, positions 45015 to 45086, from the main address through numbered siblings and a whole fleet of vip and numbered variants, logged at roughly one domain every fourteen seconds; all 72 were still listed at our last pull. Spinbetter has 65 domains in the register, a numbered series and an alphabet series, while its main address was not listed. Every 1win domain is listed, with 27 more added in a single later batch.
Other brands run mirrors without a published count: Booi has directed a Polish affiliate to a numbered mirror and points to a Telegram channel for working addresses, Vodka runs a Telegram channel for access, Izzi circulates two domains and a numbered mirror, Starda has no single stable play domain and answers through rotating mirrors. A mirror is not a scam signal on its own; it is a brand doing what the register makes it do.
How the register and the redirect page work
The register of domains used to offer gambling contrary to the act is kept by the minister responsible for public finances under article 15f of the gambling act, it is public at hazard.mf.gov.pl, and the entry criterion is a domain offering gambling without a licence and aimed at users in Poland, for instance through Polish-language content or advertising in Poland. An English-language site is not a defence in itself. The ministry counts over 55,000 entries and about 700 new domains a month; a large share are the bare and www forms of the same mirror listed separately.
| Kept by | the Minister of Finance, under art. 15f of the gambling act |
|---|---|
| Public at | hazard.mf.gov.pl |
| Internet providers | must block DNS resolution within 48 hours and redirect to a ministry notice |
| Redirect page | http://145.237.235.240/ |
| Payment providers | must stop serving a listed domain within 30 days |
| Fine on a provider | up to PLN 250,000, for an internet or a payment provider |
| Objection | a domain holder may object within 2 months of the entry |
The redirect page is what a Polish player sees instead of a listed casino: a ministry notice listing the register, the legal sites and a warning about the fiscal-criminal liability of players. Landing on it records nothing against you. What it tells you is that the domain you followed is listed, and the register guide shows how to search the register directly rather than by trial.
What the law says about the player, not the domain
Two provisions, and neither is about opening a page. Article 107 paragraph 2 of the fiscal penal code penalises taking part in a foreign gambling game while on Polish territory, with a fine of up to 120 daily rates; a daily rate runs from one thirtieth of the minimum wage to 400 times that amount, the minimum number of rates is 10, and a minor case is treated as a fiscal misdemeanour. Article 89 of the gambling act adds an administrative penalty on a participant in gambling run without a licence: 100% of the winnings obtained, not reduced by the stakes paid in, imposed by the customs and fiscal office. Playing with a permit holder or under the state monopoly is legal.
So the mirror question is not the legal question. A player who reaches a mirror and bets is in the same position as a player who reached the main domain and bet; a player who lands on the ministry page and closes the tab is in no position at all. The legality guide walks through the articles with the złoty figures a daily rate produces.
Watch out
We describe no way of reaching a listed domain: no mirror lists, no location tools, no foreign settlement routes. The BLIK scheme now checks every domain against the register before authorisation for that reason, and Stake and Play Fortuna name a VPN as a breach with confiscation in their own terms.
Mirrors, doorways and the Polish pages that are neither
A mirror belongs to the brand and logs you into your account. A doorway belongs to an affiliate and sells you a number. Lex has Polish-language clones advertising BLIK and złoty bonuses up to PLN 7,000 that the brand itself does not publish; Gizbo is marketed by a network of Polish domains whose bonus claims contradict each other; Starda's search results are crowded with third-party .pl domains that are not the brand's property. A doorway is where most Polish players meet a brand, and it is where most wrong numbers come from. Vavada, by contrast, runs its own Polish site at its own Polish address, which is the shape a legitimate localisation takes.
The test is simple. The brand's own review on this site names the domain we link to; the licence footer on the live page names a company; the bonus terms on the live page name a figure. If a Polish page shows a figure the live terms do not, the page is a doorway and the figure is marketing. The Polish language guide lists which brands have a Polish site of their own.
What to do when the main domain stops opening
Check the register first
Search the domain at hazard.mf.gov.pl. Listed means every Polish rail closes within 30 days, whatever address you use.
Check the brand's own channel
A brand announces its current address in its own Telegram channel or its own email, not on a .pl doorway. Booi and Vodka publish theirs.
Do not chase the balance through a mirror
Money in an account at a listed domain is still your money at the brand. Write to support from your registered email and ask for the payout to your usual method; the withdrawal guide covers the bank side.
Pick a brand whose main domain is clear
The Total Casino alternatives page lists brands whose main address was not in the register at our last pull. Spinbetter's main domain was clear while 65 of its mirrors were listed; use the main one.
The honest summary: the register is a list of addresses, the fiscal penal code is a rule about bets, and a mirror changes the first without touching the second. A Polish player choosing an offshore brand is making a legal choice with the terms in front of them; the Total Casino alternatives page is where those terms are laid out brand by brand.

Quick answers
What is a casino mirror site
A second domain that serves the same casino: same account, same balance, same cashier, different address. Brands run them because a listed domain stops resolving at Polish internet providers within 48 hours of entry in the ministry register. 1Go had 72 domains entered in one morning; Spinbetter has 65 mirror domains in the register while its main address is not listed.
What happens when I open a blocked casino domain in Poland
Your internet provider must remove the domain from its DNS within 48 hours of the entry and redirect the connection to a Ministry of Finance page that lists the register, the legal sites and a warning about the fiscal-criminal liability of players. The page sits at the address the ministry publishes for the redirect. Nothing is recorded against you for landing on it.
Is opening a mirror illegal for the player
The register acts on domains, internet providers and payment providers. What the fiscal penal code penalises is participation: taking part in a foreign gambling game while on Polish territory carries a fine of up to 120 daily rates, and the gambling act adds an administrative penalty of 100% of the winnings, not reduced by the stakes paid. Opening a page is not participation; placing a bet is.
How do I tell a mirror from a doorway site
A mirror is the brand's own domain and logs you into your existing account. A doorway is a third-party Polish page that advertises the brand with its own numbers: Lex has clones promising BLIK and złoty bonuses the brand does not publish, Gizbo is marketed by a network of Polish domains with contradictory figures, Starda's results are crowded with .pl variants that are not the brand's. A bonus figure that appears only on a .pl doorway is not a fact.
