Two things about the number. It is turnover, not losses, so a player who cycles the same balance climbs as quickly as one who loses it, and a low edge game that returns most of each bet climbs faster per dollar lost than a slot does. And the rungs multiply rather than add: each Platinum step is two to two and a half times the one before, which is why most accounts live between Bronze and Gold and the Diamond names are for the accounts a host already knows by name.

What each band of the ladder hands out

Every level from Bronze upward carries the same four items: monthly bonuses, level up bonuses, rakeback and weekly bonuses. Silver and above add bonus growth, which scales the recurring bonuses with the level. Platinum and Diamond add daily bonuses. Diamond adds custom benefits, and the high levels get a dedicated VIP host. Rakeback returns a share of every bet whether it wins or loses, which is the mechanism that suits a high roller who expects to win some weeks. The rollover rule is the strict part

Stake's binding rule on any bonus is its rollover policy: the multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus, and is calibrated to a 4% house edge. Sportsbook bets contribute USD 0.75 per dollar wagered, and games with a lower house edge clear the rollover four times slower. A VIP who prefers blackjack or Stake originals with a low edge is the player that rule was written for, and a VIP should assume the same policy governs the level bonuses until support says otherwise in writing.

What Stake does not run

There is no no deposit bonus: the promotions page shows races, raffles, odds boosts and poker events, and the brand is absent from the owner's list of codes. Who the program is closed to

Poland is a prohibited jurisdiction under clause 14.3 of the terms, and so are Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Cyprus, Malta and the United Kingdom. Of the markets this site covers, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Finland and Ireland remain open. Circumventing the block with a VPN or a false location is an express breach of the agreement and grounds for confiscation, which at VIP balances is not a small risk.
