Play Fortuna keeps a dedicated bonus account for each currency. Locked bonus funds cannot be played before wagering is complete and they have transferred to the real game account. Qualifying stakes come from the real account, and a bonus must be wagered in the currency in which it was awarded.
This is the practical distinction between seeing a reward in the account and being able to spend it. A visible US$75 matched bonus is not US$75 you can use to finance its own US$3,000 target. You need real-account funds for the eligible bets; those bets can win or lose while the promotional balance remains locked.
Only one account currency is active at a time. Additional available currencies can be added after registration and switched, though not more than once per minute. The active currency is used for bets, payouts and other transactions. Changing to another currency does not make its stakes count toward a reward in the original currency.
Queue, contribution and expiry
Within each currency, bonuses are wagered in the order credited. The oldest outstanding reward is completed first. A newer bonus may therefore appear without its own progress increasing yet. Check the reward queue before interpreting a static progress figure as an error.
Game contribution determines how much a real bet credits toward the target. At a 100% contribution, a qualifying 1-unit stake credits 1 unit of turnover. At 20%, that same stake credits 0.2 units; reaching a 240-unit target would require 1,200 units of total stakes at that rate. This is arithmetic for a hypothetical eligible game, not permission to use every game at 20% or to exceed a maximum stake.

A withdrawal can cancel the unfinished reward
An unfinished bonus does not prevent a withdrawal of real funds, but a withdrawal cancels all unwagered bonuses in the active currency. Canceling a bonus through support or allowing it to expire also removes the bonus and its related wagering winnings; canceled bonuses are not refundable.
Before submitting a request, decide whether you want to finish those rewards or leave them behind. Canceling a Pending cashout returns the requested real funds to the balance. It does not promise restoration of a bonus already canceled by the withdrawal. Ask support about that reward separately.
Friday cashback: the net casino calculation
Weekly casino cashback is 4% to 7% according to current status, paid as real money without an extra bonus wager. It is calculated Friday at 00:00 UTC, using the preceding seven days. Go to the Personal Account and collect it within seven days; uncollected cashback is replaced by the new calculated amount.
The base is casino bets minus winnings, credits and amounts in unfinished rounds, then the current status percentage is applied. Deposits are not the base. Bets in the separate Sport section do not count. The amount can therefore differ substantially from “a percentage of the money I deposited” or a simple recollection of losses.
A worked example in one currency
Suppose the relevant period contains 1,000 units of eligible casino bets, 700 units of winnings, 50 units of credits and 30 units in unfinished rounds. The hypothetical base is 1,000 − 700 − 50 − 30 = 220 units. At Iron's 4%, the calculated refund is 8.8 units. At Diamond's 7%, the same base would produce 15.4 units.
The example holds all other inputs constant to explain the rate. It does not predict a player's results, justify extra bets to reach a higher status or treat a deposit as 1,000 units of loss. A higher rate refunds only a fraction of the calculated amount; it cannot reimburse the whole gambling loss.
Cashback is calculated across account currencies and credited to the active currency. Minimum credit thresholds are PLN 5, EUR 1, USD 1 and CAD 1. For a PLN example, a 100 PLN calculated base at 4% produces 4 PLN, below the 5 PLN floor, so no cashback is credited. A 125 PLN base at 4% reaches 5 PLN. These are credit thresholds, rather than cashier deposit or withdrawal minimums.
This makes cashback most useful as a partial return on qualifying existing casino activity. Check the current status, calculation period, unfinished rounds and claim date if the amount is lower than expected. Sports activity will not explain an increase in this casino-only refund.

Play Fortuna starts an account at Iron. Its six statuses use the qualifying amount bet over the preceding 30 days, expressed in USD. Other-currency bets are converted at the rate applicable when each bet was placed. These thresholds describe activity, not deposits, losses or a fixed PLN/EUR amount.
Status is recalculated daily and when a new bet is placed, including days without new play. If older qualifying bets fall outside the 30-day period, status can decrease. A higher rank is therefore not a permanent reward for once crossing a threshold.
What changes with status
Iron and Bronze have 4% casino cashback; Silver and Gold have 5%; Platinum has 6%; Diamond has 7%. Silver and above have the programme's promotion/sweepstake access. Gold and above have free entry to its special tournaments. Platinum and Diamond have a personal manager. Those privileges do not establish a measured response time or instant payout.
Point-accrual coefficients are 1 for Iron/Bronze, 1.05 for Silver/Gold and 1.1 for Platinum/Diamond. The published point-exchange figures are 1,000, 950, 900, 850, 800 and 700 respectively. Use the Points page for the actual exchange quote in the active currency; these figures are not a universal “that many points equals one PLN” conversion.
The general status table also shows bonus wagers of x45, x40, x35, x35, x30 and x30. Specific promotion terms take precedence. They do not turn personal GET100's x20 into x45 at Iron or automatically reduce the welcome package's specified x40 at Diamond. Read the multiplier attached to the awarded reward.
Points combine across currencies; locked bonuses do not
Points can be earned through real-money bets, promotions and competitions. Unlike the dedicated currency bonus balances, accrued points across account currencies are combined. They can be exchanged partly or fully into real money in the active account currency, without a points wagering requirement. The applicable earning rate also depends on the game and status.
The public home description gives a starting reference of one point per US$2 wagered, with status affecting the rate. Check Game Contributions and the Points page before estimating a return from a particular title. The product rules count 20% of Live and Table Games bets for status activity, so nominally equal bets in different categories need not advance a rank equally.
Unused points are written off after 365 calendar days without activity, such as a deposit or bet. Review the points balance and current conversion offer before leaving an account dormant. Dealer tips in Live games do not count toward bonus wagering, points, cashback or event progress.
Funding in PLN, EUR or USD: three different minimums
Play Fortuna lists PLN and EUR among its deposit currencies, alongside USD, KZT, RUB, ARS, BRL, CLP, MXN and NZD. Payment ownership and conversion
Deposits must come from a payment account, system or card in the registered player's own name. Using another person's payment instrument or transferring money between players conflicts with the account rules. Prepare the proof of ownership for the instrument you intend to use, especially before a first withdrawal.
If the payment currency differs from the game-account currency, the casino uses its internal exchange rate displayed in the cashier. The rules describe no separate casino currency-conversion commission, but a payment service may perform its own conversion. That is not a promise of a market rate, no spread or zero total costs.

Requests normally go through the same payment method to the same billing account used for the deposit. If that route cannot pay out because of technical or financial restrictions, the operator can offer an alternative and notify the player. A method on the deposit list is therefore not automatically an outgoing route; confirm it before making the deposit.
Daily ceilings depend on status and selected currency. EUR and USD have the same numerical ceilings in their respective currencies; PLN has its own figures. The x3 deposit rule is separate from bonus wagering
For an ordinary withdrawal, bets must cover at least three times the deposits since the game account last reached zero balance. This uses deposited funds as its reference, unlike x20 on GET100 spin winnings or x40 on a welcome bonus. A hypothetical US$100 deposit gives a US$300 deposited-funds turnover reference under that rule; it is not a US$300 required loss.
